Challenge: A global pharmaceutical corporation was migrating their IT systems to Microsoft Online Suite to save money. They were dealing with 100,000 employees globally in many different capacities each using technology in very different ways. Employee resistance and training issues could pose a risk to productivity and jeopardize any cost-savings from the migration. Solution: Through a global research plan based on quantitative and qualitative data, our research team developed core employee personas to identify each audience type. Branding and messaging were developed and unique value propositions were created that would speak to each audience. The communications materials, communications matrix, and detailed content and visual style guides developed by my team allowed for quick implementation.
